Shipping Insurance (Optional)

Coverage

Lost Packages

If your insured package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement order at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages

If your insured package arrives visibly damaged or opened during transit, we will replace the affected products free of charge after verification.

How to File a Shipping Insurance Claim

To submit a claim:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Provide tracking information.
4. For damaged packages, include clear photographs showing the damage.

Once approved, a replacement shipment will be arranged.

Shipping Insurance Exclusions
